Well, the very nature of his ability requires a fast brain processing speed. Otherwise, he'd take off and run into walls and cars and stuff do to not being able to register them fast enough.

Well, I'm not talking about a reactionary or somatic brain to movement activity. It's the way that he has the ability to essentially process information. He can read volumes and process it. He's essentially in some series, almost living in a vacuum within our time able to coexist at our rate and experience weeks of processing, learning, etc. in a matter of seconds. Longo's img is like one of many examples.
