Sifl and Olly are back!!! Crescent Fresh ITT

This is the best news. For those that don't know, Sifl and Olly was a hilariously demented sock-puppet show that used to run on MTV in the late 90s. It is just plain fun and one of my favorite TV shows ever. Check out some clips:

Unfortunately, it was one of the lowest rated shows on MTV ever and was cancelled after a couple of seasons. Matt Crocco and Liam Lynch (the creators and also 'Sifl' and 'Olly', respectively) wanted to do more stuff with the characters after being cancelled, but MTV owned the rights for the next ten years. Those ten years are up and now Sifl and Olly is back, although in the form of a Youtube mini-series. Definitely a downgrade from a major cable network, but at least fans can watch it any time for free, and the creators now have complete creative control over the show.

Aside from Olly's voice being off (Lynch was apparently sick for a lot of the initial recording), the new show is great so far. I can't wait for more.

So who else loves Sifl and Olly? Or is GR a bunch of suckers?

Sifl & Olly's interview with Mars is without argue an important piece of contemporary art. You gotta understand, this was during the days of Family Matters and Full House. So what was really funny and cutting edge was found on shows like Sifl & Olly.
Can't wait to relive Chester's complete awkwardness all over again.
