I appreciate everyone's input, it is very helpful. I was hoping to get one or two nominations from various users but again, it all depends on user interest. For the sake of simplicity, I think just generic one versus one fights of randomly selected characters would be the easiest to maintain and organize (I've never done one of these forum activities before). Hope you guys don't mind?

I think this sounds like a fun idea! The elimination-style tournament with one-on-one battles and voting rounds would be a great way to see which characters fans favor. Even while busy with a home renovation Toronto project, I’d definitely participate and vote. With sixteen fighters already nominated, it’s ready to start, and adding some commentary for each battle could make it even more engaging.
