Need Help Remembering a Game

It was for the N64. You were this little robotic spider and you went to different bio dome type places. You took over different animals and they all had special attacks and stuff. I remember there was a penguin that could roll up giant snowballs and stuff.

Not sure why it suddenly popped into my head, but it's bothering me that I can't remember it's name.

That game was freakin' amazing!!! Has anyone else played it?

Maaaaan, I wanna bust out my N64 now, hop on Ebay, buy a copy of the game, wait 3-5 business days, and play it!!!

...that's too much work. Maybe Gametap has it...
