DS is made by NIntendo, so the Nintendo board is the ideal place to discuss it.
PSP is made by Sony, so the Sony board is the ideal place to discuss it.
N-Gage and Gizmondo haven't garnered enough mainstream interest or generated enough sucess to warrent their own boards. General is the ideal place to discuss them, along with other handhelds.
That said, why is there no Neo-Geo board, which does have a large and growing cult following.
