Well...is just a matter of you like, I personally think some of Miyamoto's great games when N64 came, I loved all Mario games prior to Mario 64, same with Zelda, but still that wont make them a bad franchise...

and even if there are mario and zelda games that may not do that great or get good ratings and what-not.zelda and mario have done so much for the gaming industry.because of mario,we have video games today.in my opinion,miyamoto practically brought the video game industry back from the dead with mario and zelda and no matter who you're a fan of (nintendo,sony,or microsoft),you have to appreciate and thank him for that

Anybody from Clover Studios, doesn't really matter, since they made some of the most stylish and kick-ass games.
