Avatar Uploading problem

I'm trying to change my Avatar, and, well, its not working? Any ideas on that?

Thats always happened. It just takes a little while.

The way I do it is to clear the avatar leave it for a while, then upload your new avatar and after a few hours/days

D) It should work.
