The old Xbox 360 dashboard. I might be beating a dead horse with a thing that I know will never come back, but I still miss it. It was a lot better than the new dashboard which is really just trying to be a vertical PS3 menu with Miis.

What things about gaming that are no longer around anymore do you miss?

I got bored the other weekend and decided to give Chrono Trigger a go through.

What I miss is knowing that at one point, that was top of the line graphics. I know graphically we have gotten much better. Even with 2d side scrollers like Braid were gorgeous. But I miss 16-bit pixels.

I've seen that already, but it doesn't change the fact that there is no release date yet....or the fact that I miss it...I miss the game where you could turn your brain off and just focus on the nirvana of blowing up a wave after wave of monsters, never having to encounter the "you need the blue key to enter this room", or some other silly puzzles...Serious Sam in a nutshell? KILL SHIT, RELOAD, AND KILL SOME MORE SHIT!!!
