that whenever I try to upload a different avitar my old Jack Thompson one comes up, and it's not even animated. Then when I try to change my picture my old one of me kinda looking weird comes up? I wanna change them, not upload something and have the site put my old ones back.

I'm glad that Jack Thompson one isn't animated. Not only because that gif is retarded, but because I don't think animations should be in sigs or avatars.

As far as I read in the rules you are not allowed to have animated sigs or avatars
I have not have any troubles with changing my avatar.
Have you met the requirements of the avatar?
Size and pixels?
