There's only two things i learned from that video: A) there are no such thing as women's civil rights movement in japan. B) LSD is part of a healthy breakfast for the average game developer's household there.

And yes it's Bruce Wilis... but not really, it's the die hard arcade game that couldn't get the license over sea. But you can tell it's him by his design just like how snake from MGS is actually Snake plissken.
