I mean ... there would be quite a lot of stuttering if you'd move fast in some areas. Especially in the Citadel or in some tunnel/warehouse crawled with enemies.
With everything on High at 1920x1080 on my laptop, it barely stutters at any time. Minimum 27FPS in the Citadel. And yes, the graphics are awesome.
Also, i prefer my music over the Mass Effect stuff. I hate atmospheric music, though. During the airport scene in MW2, i was listening to Low Rider.
