PC with a 3DS is probably the best you can do at the moment for gaming. Old 360s and PS3s are cheap enough that you could pick one/both up for the exclusives.
I have a PC, 360, PS3 and 3DS that i actually use. Got a Wii and a PSP in a box somewhere. Probably pick a PS4 up later in the year.
