Avatar Problems

For me, only about 1/3 of the avatars are showing. Is this happening to anyone else? Why is this happening?

I can't see any of them. All i see is the box with an X in them. I call it the red X of death.

should be all fixed now. actually the problem was with images site-wide.

It does that. Be patient. It will change shortly.

how long doess it usually take for it to work again?

It used to take up to a day, I think that's been lowered to a few hours. If your avatar doesn't seem to be changing try clearing your internet cache since you may be loading the avatar from there, if it still doesn't change try changing it again.
