Don't move the frigging discussion to covert bloody ops. Having DL write ten pages on his feelings isn't going to help, we deserve to be informed too.

As for my sig is it still affected? I took the code out last night but I've been asleep since then so I'll check once this post goes through. I'll also check the sigs of those you mention as Tyler and TNO cleared the code from sigs last night but I suppose it could have popped up again in the mean time. Thanks for the heads up.
[EDIT] Just looked at my sig and yep, I've been reinfected so thanks for letting me know, I'll get on the other sigs now and double check posts.

As for what the code does, to be honest I don't personally know, I'm not getting the prompt to install the language pack, possibly because I'm using Firefox, and I ran a full system scan with avast! and came up clean, the same goes with Joe who scanned his system last night after going to the website itself but he was clean too.
To close I'm going to reiterate what Chris_Crime pointed out earlier, if you are prompted to install a language pack do NOT click OK AND do NOT click cancel instead press CTRL+ALT+DEL and end the browser window. Thank you Chris for letting us know that.

mC, that's good that clicking cancel didn't do anything malicious for you, I'd still advise people to just end the browser window just in case but it's their own choice.
