Why can't I send PM's?

For some stupid reason I can't send any Private Messages. I can recieve them just fine, but I can't send any. Anybody else have this problem or is it just me?

Nope, but there might be a setting you have clicked in your Profile- check your profile throughly.

I checked my profile and I still can't send any.
