What? Another generals game?

I never played them, in fact I haven't been into RTS games in such a long time since my warcraft/starcraft, empire earth and age of empires days.

Let's be honest here, all the RTS games that we have now were inspired by Dune 2. Which I think why the RTS genre had a hard time getting into the console market. Not saying it's a bad thing either.

I thought it was odd seeing the bioware tag, mainly because when I see bioware I immediately think RPG

Yeah, people say it's a different development studio that uses the label "Bioware". Though to be fair, Generals did had a RPG system... of sorts.
