Valve has experimented with various different ways of measuring gamers' emotional states while playing its games. These experiments involved measuring sweat, arousal, eye movements (they even made a version of Portal 2 controlled via the player's eyes).

Sweet. So games will rage-quit for me? Or better yet, will actually jump when "I PRESSED THE FREAKIN' JUMP BUTTON"?
 
Hmm...

My only problem with this is why should my emotions dictate the game i'm playing? Isn't the point of playing a game to feel different emotions?
