Update Avatar?

How do I do this? I browse to the pick on my comp and the address is in the bar but there's only a remove pic button. I try to enter my password and hit submit changes at the bottom but nothing happens there either?

What I do:

Click Romove avatar.
Click Browse to choose your picture.
Click Submit changes.

Then the banker is you have to clear your cache, cookies etc for you to see the change immediately.

I think it worked though, I dont recognise your new avatar, at the moment it's a...well it sorta looks like a sepia/black and white picasso-looking image?!

Hit Ctrl + F5 to reset your browser cache, otherwise your browser keeps loading the old picture.

I see it now too. The trick is to clear your cache.

yup. Ctrl-F5 did it for me. clearing the cache through the firefox options wasn't working for some reason.
