Trying to remember an old game from years ago

This has been stuck in my head for a while. I remember playing a game maybe 20–25 years ago. All I can recall is a snowy area, some kind of witch’s cauldron, an old lady nearby, and this eerie wind sound in the background.

Super vague, I know, but it’s been bothering me Also kinda makes me curious about newer games like Warvox coming soon. But yeah, any idea what this old game could be?
