The music is nice to begin with, but I must admit it gets a bit strange later on in the track. I think piano by itself would work a bit better.
Regarding the intro itself, I speak as a film maker myself... I think the video would work better if there were more camera angles and more transitions... so it could look at the water first, fade to black, then in the next transition it's showing you the flooded neighborhood for example.
I understand you've chosen your font for a reason but in my opinion, I think you should opt for something cleaner and more legible.
For a one man team though, this looks really good and I would like to see game play footage when available. Good luck to you.
