The blog page shows a form at the top as if I could write a post as someone else.

If you're not logged in you get a MySQL error trying to use it. If you are logged in it adds an entry to your own blog.

Also the "Profile" link on that page takes you to an error.

On a side note, there's no link to the chat anymore.

Actually there's no more form on the page but the other two issues are still there.

If you click on "Profile", Duke's name, or his avatar you get an error.

Also, I can't find the link to the live chat.

This has probably been brought up been brought up before but not having an easy link to member reviews and blogs seems like a bad idea. Seems like it's pretty cool when members create content and want to chat with each other.
