I want to bring up the possibility of updating the forum code so we can have fun with all sorts of new functionality.

Take your time answering, but understand that if I don't get a reply by April 1st 2014 this, too, becomes part of the running gag that is "bringing back the black" April Fools Joke, which isn't a bad joke, just a cruel and unusual one.
