I'd rather make a run for the restroom than experience what it's like to be carrying more than a liter of urine in my pants.

I knew you'd say that! Speaking of which, I watched Judge Dredd (1995). I was curious about it ever since I saw this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glUf4PQ-vuU

It's funny you can tell Sylvester Stallone was trying to remember his line.

    Age of Ultron

It was exactly what I expected and nothing that I wasn't. Once more people have seen it I'll get more into spoilers. All in all, nothing groundbreaking but no complaints. Pretty good.

It started off with its best action sequence and Whedon banter was aplenty. I really liked this representation of Ultron.

The intro action scene was the best for sure.

Though I think that's because by the end, I was just burned out of watching the Avengers tear through one thousand identical 1 hit point enemies, which is 75% of the fights.

Honestly, I wish they had someone like Taskmaster who could take on everyone at once. It's far more exciting to watch them fight a smaller number of tough enemies than a larger number of weak enemies.

Really, because that opening had it all, action, comedy, stuff...I can't wait to see this a couple more times.

Guardians of the Galaxy. As a person that hasn't read the comic, this was truly fantastic.

I thought the "language" joke fell flat and felt sort of contrived.

Seriously? Because between the initial and the callbacks that did well in my theater. Maybe your high falutin' Canadian Oregonian humor is just too cool for school.

Avengers was indeed pretty awesome. Loki was a better villian than Ultron but I mean come on, it's Loki. Also X-Men Quicksilver is above and beyond Avengers Quicksilver. I loved Hawkeye getting more character development, I think he deserved it from being the back burner character throughout the franchise.

    All in all great movie.

Saw Avengers and loved it. Thought I'd be in for a letdown after hearing the internet bitch and moan, but, to hell with the trolls, it was satisfying in story and action.

I didn't like the joke until its very last mention. then I was like "okay :)"

More of a problem with the source material than the movies, but scarlet witch can throw cars around, quicksilver can dodge bullets, iron man is literally a manned spaceship/tank hybrid, thor is the god of thunder and captain america can survive a fall at terminal velocity immediately into battle. And then come the humans with a 9mm and a bow and arrow?

And i actually worked out how to make the flying aircraft carriers work a few days ago. All it would take is using an entire perfect quality titanium alloy and carbon fibre construction combined with a theoretical fusion reactor and pressurized hydrogen sections. It's not actually too bad if we don't include F-35s and other supplies in the price, all they'd cost per unit is right around twice the annual military budget.
    Of the earth.

It's funny, the second I saw Madster posting something I thought "I wonder what it is that he couldn't let go of this time. I bet it's not as good as when he was upset at the Helicarrier from the first Avengers."

I must say, you didn't disappoint.
