I’ve been thinking about how most MMOs either take years to release or launch huge and then lose players fast at endgame.
What if Warvox (or any MMO) started with just 10 really polished levels? Core systems like crafting, PvP, raids introduced early, then expanded over time. Not a wipe-heavy beta, but a world that grows.
Would that actually be smarter long term, or am I missing something?
