what happend to clover?

it would appear that i'm ignorant as to what happened to my now favorite and defunked studio clover, what happened?

Capcom gave them the ax. I guess they didn't want anymore good games.

 

At least post the rest of the story. :/

Capcom shut down the Cover studio, however almost all of the team that worked at Clover where kept on by Capcom, the people are still there, the name is just gone. Clover's technically not gone.
