Summer Games Done Quick, an annual week long marathon of speedrunners performing for charity, has again returned and will start next week. If you would like to know more about the event, head over to their site and check the schedule. I personally can't wait until Friday's Super Mario Maker race.

Nice, some gems in there! I'm very curious to the Silent Hill 3 speedrun.

I see they've got Fallout 4 in there already!

Haven't watched any of it, yet. I'm sure that'll change in the next few hours.

Just watched Jedi Knights: Jedi Academy since it was on. I forgot PC games are likely to be glitchy more

I would like my file name to be recognized for Fallout 4 Any% "Synth the Ro-butt"
Also, bought one of those shirts on their Yetee page. "Bow Wow Wow" will be my new Mario Maker stream shirt.

I think you need a minimum $10 for your named to be added to the list. I donated $5.

Guac was awesome! Calaca blindfolded at the end was epic.

Looking forward to more tomorrow. Wednesday is a good day: Silent Hill 3, RE 2, DK64, Sonic Adventure 2, DKC3....oh man! Not gonna get much work done tomorrow ;)

^I did watch Guac even though I haven't played the game. Oh, I forgot to mention, if you see chat say "take a bath" they're quoting the Jedi Academy run.

Now that SGDQ has ended, what were some of your favorite runs? I'm going to post somfe of the runs I watched, which I feel were not disappointing in commentary.

First we have the SW: Jedi Academy ran by CovertMuffin

Bionic: Commando is pretty funny like how Spencer is terrified of elevators aaaaAAAAHHHHHH!!!

Lastly, c'mon, you know I was going to mention it. The Super Mario Maker blind race. I mentioned to MattAY in a PM stating I played couple of the courses before the event. Unfortunately, the only course I played being shown was the 9th stage. In case anyone is wondering that chick being made is a "DickButt." Found that out when the creator told me. Also, when I tested the level, there wasn't no mushroom at the checkpoint. Glad he added that. Shoutouts to Jaku, because the course info on the game screen is shown from his Warp.World. He mentions about Makers of Mario at one point, which is by the way in beta and pretty awesome to use if you're a Mario Maker user.

Honorable Mention: I didn't watch Starwin's run of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, but I did tune in at the end when he was showing glitches and I had to make a GIF of him.

I've yet to see some because I missed them due to work/timeframes.

But Tetris Grand Master runs were fucking incredible...think that was my favourite.

Were there any world records broken? In one of the previous GDQs, I remember how hype it was when people broke world records, and I wanted to know if there was more this year.

Really glad I caught TASbot's block though, missed almost everything else.
