Since TNO has become a GM, doesn't that mean he can review games that will be on the front page and whatnot?

TNO does not work for Game Revolution or Bolt. He is merely an administrator on the forums, which is what a Grandmaster is (it's just a coincidence that up until now, all Grandmasters have also been GR Staff)

TNO is not a member of the GR staff, although I wouldn't go calling him a mere anything unless you're the czar of your own section of the community.
