NES games you could/couldn't beat

I can remember beating every SNES game I owned but NES games were friggin hard as shit. To this day I still can't beat Battletoads or Punch-Out. But then again who the hell can???

I can remember when I beat Super Mario Bros 3, Double Dragon 2 and Mega Man 2. Good times. Double Dragon 3 on the other hand was a nightmare. Mega Man 2 was murderballs hard but it had the code that was like an old school way to save your game. If it wasn't for that I'd never have the patience to make it to Willy's stage just to die. Punch-Out also had the code but goodluck in the final fight, I had a better chance winning a real boxing match.

Couldn't beat Ninja Gaiden II because it's fucking Ninja Gaiden.

Couldn't beat the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game because of that one jump. If you've played the game, then you'll know what jump I'm talking about.
