Summer is winding down. The leaves are changing, kids are back in school. That means it's time for award bait movies and 2nd half releases! I'm probably more excited for the fall and winter films than I was for the summer lineup. What are some movies you're looking forward to?

For me, in no particular order:

1. Star Wars The Force Awakens
2. Spectre
3. Hateful Eight
4. The Martian
5. The Revenant
6. The Danish Girl
7. Black Mass
8. Crimson Peak
9. Goodnight Mommy
10. Beasts of No Nation
11.Sicario
12. Everest

There's a lot more as well but that's really enough I'd say.

Moved to Misc!

Pretty much just Star Wars. Also "The Intern" looks cute. I'll get down with some Nancy Meyers.

Where did I originally post this? Weird.

I know I was in the PC section thinking of posting a Mario Kart GTA video but I thought I switched forums. Oops!

I really like Daniel Craig's James Bond movies. Casino Royale and Skyfall were great, Quantum of Solace was a bit average for me... so with that, I'm really looking forward to Spectre.

As a Star Wars geek, I'm super looking forward to The Force Awakens. I'm really excited, yet at the same time I'm terrified.

The only one I care to see is Star Wars, and that is mostly for my dad and myself.

The trick now is trying to get into it opening night...that will be tough. I want to try and recapture the magic my dad described when he first saw the original movie in 1977 in theaters. Would be a great 60th birthday present.

Obviously Star Wars: The Force Awakens is up there for me, and I'm a huge Tarantino fan so I'm really looking forward to the Hateful Eight. I hope The Martian turns out well, but I don't have a ton of faith in Ridley Scott nowadays.

What an admirable gesture, Links.

Did you not like Prometheus?

I kind of want to see "In the Heart of the Sea."
