ITs super easy to use and light weight - you dont really know its running. I dont know what frap is - but I'll check it out. my only concern is that it keeps your gameplay locally for a short period of time - so depending on how much you game you might run into storage issues, but no one has complained about it lately so it has to be relatively short turn over and automatically deleted.
