Hey everyone,
I’ve been exploring some interactive games recently, and I’ve come across Interactive Human Benchmark Games. I’m curious about their effectiveness in measuring cognitive skills. While some of the games, like memory and reaction time tests, seem accurate, I'm wondering if anyone has had experience using them as a consistent measure over time.
Do you think there’s any real correlation between scores on these benchmarks and everyday mental sharpness or performance? Also, does anyone know if there’s any research out there on the accuracy of these games for long-term cognitive health?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
