That is all...I'm gonna go take a nap now.
I haven't had steak in awhile. Then again, we are coming out of winter.
TIME TO BBQ ME UP SOME STEAK THIS APRIL!
I'm happy you used the correct spelling.
Did someone say steak?
I'm about to fire up my grill! But not for steaks, for kalbi ribs.
Korean BBQ, nigga.
Jealous. I love Korean food.
Good luck. I'm sure their absolutely frozen... and how can fire possibly exist in that harsh environment?
They were delicious. And the grill was just fine. I've had it covered, etc. QUIT BEING ANTI-ALASKA
Can we change this topic to Bulgogi?
Fun fact: The auto spell checks thinks I'm talking about Bulgari jewelery.
How does everyone have their steak?
Most peole are disappointed when I ask for it well done. Red in meat always makes me think that it isn't cooked properly!
I enjoy my steak medium-rare.
I like my steak medium-rare too. It's easier to chew than rare and it's juicier than well-done.
Medium-rare, if not a little under.
I go for a nice medium steak.
I like mine medium with just a little pink inside. Matt, you really are posh.
medium, pan fried, w/ Worcester sauce and all seasons spice.
cooking one right now. Aw yeah.
Steak is great, regardless of how it is prepared.
For those on the grill, a tip for perfect grillmarks. Meat on the grill, quarter turn after a few minutes, flip over after a few more, another quarter turn after a few more. And there you go. Your shit looks professional.
I'll take it any way but rare. It's really all about the preparation. And I always have to have a baked potato with it, extra butter, cheese, bacon bits, and French fried onions on top.
I sparkle gold dust and diamond crust all over my steaks.
When you said baked potato I was like, "whaaaat?" but then as I read all the others I just couldn't stop drooling.
