How does everyone have their steak? Most peole are disappointed when I ask for it well done. Red in meat always makes me think that it isn't cooked properly!
Medium-Well. Steak is great, regardless of how it is prepared. For those on the grill, a tip for perfect grillmarks. Meat on the grill, quarter turn after a few minutes, flip over after a few more, another quarter turn after a few more. And there you go. Your shit looks professional.
I'll take it any way but rare. It's really all about the preparation. And I always have to have a baked potato with it, extra butter, cheese, bacon bits, and French fried onions on top.
