Unlike previous fallout games, pickpocketing a grenade in somebody requires a perk.
Because this is a trophy/achievement and otherwise useless, you can simply save before taking the perk, get the achievement and then reload and pick something actually useful.

Also you can turn the french floating robot chick into an android and get all up in there.
