Looks like I'm poised to stick my roots here for the foreseeable future.

    Pay raise? Check
    More development less testing? Check
    Added responsibility and client-facing? Check
Opportunity to really prove myself to management? Check

    Fuck yes. Let's dance!

Boo employment! Boo! Jobs are for the weak! Live in a cardboard box in the forest like real men do.

All the old folks i work with are there to keep busy. Retirement is death for some, it would probably kill me D:

If this is work success stories, I'm now the new Produce buyer at my store. not bad for a 23 year old kid.

Good luck with that. I'm nowhere close to pulling that off.

I only know one person anywhere close to pulling that off. That's because he was lucky enough to get some of it waived somehow.

Congrats on the job though Joker! That's awesome news.

I'm working 48 hrs a week at this bar 2 doors down, it's awesome though even though I make almost minimum wage, because free beer and food is never bad :)

I get tipped out as a dishwasher/barback, but not when I'm working on the cook line though. Weekends I can get ~25 in tips. I havent even hit my 90 days, but hopefully I'll get a raise by mid summer.

How do I change my occupation in my profile?

I go to the profile area and I'm not getting those options.
