wait, so invaded by 'somethin' kirk is an npc phantom? shucks, i thought i was all cool for killing my first phantom and making off with his 5000 souls. ah well, makes up for the 12000 souls i lost getting cursed in the sewers. lost 6000 that i had on me when i died. went back, got cursed before...

I just got to those crystal monsters and such. right now i have a few options to chose from as far as where to go. across that bridge with that.....boss thing that will remain unamed. down an elevator from the darkroot basin, or fight the crystal things and this other giant thing behind them...

So yeah, I can't stop thinking about/playing this game. i wake up, go to work and am counting down the hours to get home and kick my own ass some more. my favorite moment thus far in my brief journey through this game has been... -Spoiler- so i get to this gargoyle thing with an axe tail...

i never did get where all the halo hating comes from. it's a GOOD game! it has a solid and fun multi, an enjoyable campaign (though i'll admit i hate the flood), its controls are spot on, the visuals are still good, and it has what every game needs to have from here on out. Replay theatre.

i had me that old chunk of plastic :D. the cabbage green screen and purple buttons. that thing lasted through years of abuse and punishment and continued to work. i remember playing links awakening and wario land 1 all the time on that thing.

super mario bros for the nes was the frst game i really played. i dabbled in atari but nothing serious. my brother owned the nes and snes so i grew up playing those alot. it wasn't until n64 and my oh so beloved Super Mario 64 that i got hooked on gaming. i was addicted to that game. couldn't...

i gotta say the 50 bucks a year for xbox's online service doesn't bother me at all. i get a better overall experience. at least, from what iv'e been hearing about the PSN. we get party chats even through different games, universal friends lists, downloadable demos, content etc., voice...

i have street fighter 2 turbo for the Snes and marvel vs capcom 2 for the xbox. i thoroughly enjoy both of those games. i tried hd remix at a friends house (he's addicted to it.) and thought it was ok. it looks prettier than my snes version thats for sure, but i still would rather plat MvC2 anyday.

the n64 Perfect Dark i feel is superior to the the Perfect Dark on the 360. i wish they would just remake that game for the 360. i mean everything about it, just put on a new coat of high def paint.
