Crusader. I thoroughly enjoyed standing in a giant group of mobs and hacking them all down with the thorns build. Second favorite would be Witch Doctor. So awesome thematically; raining corpses and piranhas and jars of spiders to name a few.

One of my favorites is the fight with the Hydra in the first God of War. The cinematic action and sense of scale while fighting this brutal giant beast was amazing, and the violent finish capped it off perfectly.
