The Surge - anyone know about it?

I've heard of a new game coming out this week called The Surge, which is supposed to be like... a third person, action/RPG set in a post apocalyptic future, where the player runs around in an exo-suit of sorts fighting robots and stuff? Apparently, game play will be similar to the "Soulsborne" games.

Can anyone confirm this? Anyone else heard of this game or/and have been following it?

I've heard of it. I can't say I'm excited for another Soulsborne clone, though, especially a post-apocalyptic one.
