"the time of gta 3" like thats lol. GTA 3 was a few years back man. True classic is pre millenia at very least.

TIE Fighter- the game that got me into gaming.

LucasArts needs to release another game like TIE fighter, so far the only good game they released so far was KOTOR.

There were serious problems with KOTOR, but I would love to have a remake done of TIE or X-wing.

I wasted so much time on those wonderful two games.

I concur, or X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, because Rogue Squadron can only be fun for so long.

I remember my friend getting that game for his N64, and how he spent so much time on that game. We got into a HUGE nerdism fight on a mock dogfight between a Xwing and A TIE interceptor.

well you can make your own TIE fighter dogfights in Empire at War, another good game from LucasArts.

I realize that this isn't "cool" like Duck Hunt, Oregon Trail, or Super Mario Brothers 3, or other games that shaggy haired hipsters bring up casually in conversation, but when I was a lad, I had a thing for Sid Meier's Civilization, on the PC. Very frustrating (especially for my young self) but also very rewarding...probably the first thing that got me interested in both history and gaming.
