With all the funding IGN gets from Rupert Murdoch (yes, if you've never checked IGN is owned by the same people that own 20th Century Fox and all its affiliates) I'd expect something much, much better than this.

Impossible, Rockstar North has always made the GTA series. Come on, IGN, you can do better than this!

I think some people expect too much out of gaming sites on this day. This was a pretty lame attempt by IGN, but it's not like its even possible to actually fool the internet on April 1. So you might as well just do something half-assed like this and get it over with.
