Pachter is awesome and knows his shit, plain and simple. He's also good at video games too. I wish my Dad would have kept gaming after the 16-bit era. Would have been fun to see him get into games nowadays. Thats what I like about Pach, he has adapted with the times and his predictions prove it...

The only game where I remember truly playing as an animal was Okami. You actually moved like a dog, because..well you were a dog. Crash bandicoot etc. are very human like.

I have been thinking of some new scenarios for a story and protagonist in a videogame. Humans are too often the main character in a game..how about an animal like in Okami. Aliens invade the planet and a gopher looking for wood happened to saved the universe? See where I'm going? Developers...

This idea is amazing, I've always wanted to live out the terminator experience in a virtual environment. You and some friends trying to stay safe from a killer T robot..that could even be one of the players!?!?
