I've said it before I'll say it again, "TETRIS. The answer is always TETRIS."
Off the top of my head I can think of:
Tetris Gameboy
Tetris NES
Tetris Tengen NES
Tetris Worlds PS2
Tetris PS3
Tetris DS
I'm probably missing a couple, and I'm definitely not counting emulators.
To be honest I was around 8 when Jaguar launched. I think I was still playing NES and really wanting a SNES, or had maybe just gotten my SNES. I never had too much hands on time with one, but a kid down the street had one and I saw a bit of it and it did not kill the SNES bug for me.

Thank you.
This doesn't include the digital PS3/360/Steam games. Or any of the other weird stuff like my display box of TOPPS Nintendo GamePacks.
I do want to see some other collections, just because retro game porn.
These are pictures I took for insurance purposes when I moved into my new place in July. There's some weird boxes and cropping for reasons you don't need to know. There are no pics of the consoles, I didn't include Atari games, and this list isn't complete because picture hosting started being...
I don't really care for pro ball, but I've had an espn stream going in the background while I do my normal internet stuff just to hear who from Alabama gets drafted tonight.
A decade ago I about shit brix when my best friend gave me a copy of Tengen Tetris he picked up at a yardsale for 5 bucks (then it was already worth around $50) because he knew I had been looking for it forever.
So yes, Amen to you, sir.
I was talking to a Summer intern at work about gaming. He was telling me about this console he used to play with his grandma where you stuck games into the top. I'm thinking Toploader NES or SNES. Turns out it was N64. I'm not even 30 but I felt really old.
I too think De-Ting hit the...
Thanks for the replies, guys.
This isn't my first rodeo, I keep a small thing of isopropyl on the same bookcase I keep my (S)NES games. My NES somehow didn't get sun damage quite like the SNES did, maybe it was just better quality plastic or something.
I've been busy since I posted...
Thanks Dan.
I read through a couple of "famiclone" website threads after I posted here. Apparently the RetroDuo is pretty damn decent, but you need to do a little solder work to make NES audio sound more true to life. I'm still going to wait and see if anyone else has opinions.
I'm...
Hello,
I still have a functioning SNES and functioning front loaded NES. Because my pin connectors are old (I've had the NES for 20+ years and the SNES for around 18, I've been having a harder and harder time getting carts to work.
I have even bought some SNES games online that won't load...
I have to agree that most of the N64 catalog didn't age well. There were some games I loved at the time that I wouldn't play now (Beatle Adventure Racing...) and for the most part the N64 catalog is why I haven't bought a 3DS (I keep my games ever since as a child I traded in Clay Fighter for...
